It was one of those gorgeous Montreal July days, ideal for celebrating a great love story at an old montreal wedding, boutique hotel style. Don’t get me wrong, it’s the bride and groom and all their happy guests that make any venue a wonderful setting for documenting a wedding day story, but Hotel William Gray is hands down a wedding venue standout!
Kassandra and Scott were determined to make their wedding story one that truly prioritized celebrating the presence of all those who are dear to them. To Kassandra’s relief, her maternal Nonna was well enough to attend, grinning with love and pride from ear to ear the entire time. The groom’s best man, longtime friend, and a brand new father, flew into town just for the day from Toronto.
Kassandra and Scott opted to include a “First Look” on the William Gray’s epic stairway, flooded with breathtaking natural light, as they shook hands and kidded around, just being themselves between embraces.
The Wedding Ceremony room filled with teary eyes at the sight of Scott’s emotional reaction to Kassandra’s surprise entrance, singing Adele’s version of “Make You Feel My Love.” And finally, Kassandra’s brother, Marco having flown in from Mexico left a touching mark to the memory as their wedding officiant.
Needless to say, it was a day of gushing tears a few times over, and plenty of belly laughs, rounded out one heck of a fun party to celebrate so much love!
